Cancellation / Rescheduling
If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please provide as much notice as possible to avoid cancellation fees. Canceling or rescheduling your appointment(s) the day before your scheduled services will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved services. If same-day notice is given or if no notice is provided, 100% of the full session rate will be due. Any outstanding balance will need to be paid before a new appointment can be made.
If you develop a contagious illness or have a sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency rendering you unable to make your appointment, you must inform Lakeside Tranquility Massage & Spa right away, and if your spot is unable to be filled, the cancellation fee will be due unless an exception is granted, only at the discretion of Lakeside Tranquility Massage & Spa.
Arriving on Time / Session Length
Please arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to allow for your intake. Arriving on time, or late, the therapist can only give whatever time remains of your appointment, and the full rate of your session that was booked will still be due. If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and the full rate of your booked session will be due.
Credit Card Authorization
A credit card must be provided to book an appointment. If a valid credit card is not provided at the time of booking, your appointment will be cancelled.
